General and professional liability insurance coverage minimums:
$1M aggregate; $250,000 per occurrence; damage to rented premises $100,000; medical expense $5,000 per occurrence.

 

HOW IT WORKS

Whenever you need a space to train your clients, hop over to our scheduling page, reserve the times you need, and that’s it! No upfront payments, no commitments. All reservation fees are automatically charged on the fifth business day* of the month following service.

GET STARTED IN 3 EASY STEPS!

  1. From our scheduling page, select the days/times you need. The first time you do this, it will ask for a bit of info to create your profile. [If your reservation requires use of the Massage Table or Pilates Reformer, make sure you have the “60-Minute Station Reservation” AND either “ADD-ON: Massage Table” or “ADD-ON: Pilates Reformer” boxes checked.]

  2. Read/sign the waivers and upload proof of: current relevant certification (Personal Trainer, Licensed Massage Therapist, MAT® Specialist, etc.); associated general and professional insurance policy (see below for coverage minimums); and current CPR/AED certification.

  3. Fill out and sign the CC authorization form that was automatically sent to the email address you provided.
    Note: the system will automatically send you this form every time you make a reservation until it’s filled out, so it’s best to complete it after your first confirmed reservation!

That’s all! No employment contracts (you’re not our employees - you’re our customers!), no monthly rent, no 50/50 (or worse) fee splits, and no minimums - JUST TRAINING!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Personal Trainer Certification: must be from an NCCA-accredited certifying body (or equivalent for other specialties, like MAT and LMT).

  • General and professional liability insurance coverage minimums: $1M aggregate; $250,000 each occurrence; damage to rented premises $100,000; medical expense $5,000 per occurrence.

RESERVATION FEES*

We operate on a The more you train, the less you pay!* fee structure. So as you train more clients during the month, you also bring home more money! Reservation fees are as follows:

PERSONAL TRAINING STATIONS (CALCULATED MONTHLY):
1-25:
$30 each | 26-50: $25 each | 51-75: $20 each | 76-100: $10 each | 101+: $5 each

[*Tiered Personal Training Station reservation fees are available to any trainer who has added JT Training Studios to their insurance policy as an Additional Insured. This is a free process that your insurance provider can walk you through. Until you’ve added JT Training Studios as an Additional Insured, station reservations will be a flat $30/reservation. While you do not need to have this done before submitting your documentation, you will need to have it to us before we run billing at the beginning of the month.]
